AFP-GY8406 Pure High-gloss Varnish

***Product profile
AFP-GY8406is mainly made from high-class high gloss Resin, with excellent performance including high gloss and fast to dry, and suitable for both thick and thin paper. It meets the Toy Security and Health Standard, and has been certificated by SGS for heavy metal contents.

***Specifications
Appearance: pale yellow transparent and thick liquid
Ingredient: solvent-based Resin
Viscosity:17.51.0 seconds (diluted with thinnerby"1:1", GB paint -4 cup，25°C).

***Usage Recommendation
1. Dilute the varnish by AFP’s thinner by proportion of "1: 1". Too much thinner will decrease the gloss.
2. The coating weight of varnish depends on the paper quality. Normally tosay，higher gloss can be gotten by higher coating weight.
3. AFP-GY8406 varnish only for high gloss, not for calendar, nor blistering.

***Notice
1. Add thinner as soon as the liquid goes thick
2. Wet weather or low efficient ventilation have negative for finished products
3. This product should be stored in shady, cool and dry places, and keep far away from fire or flame. Shelf life is one year under normal atmospheric temperature.
