AFP-CJ8702 BOPP Box Glue

**Product Profile
AFP-CJ8702 is a waterborne adhesive，applicablefor handwork adhesion of box printed and coated by UV varnish，providinghigh bonding strength, no wrinkling on the bonding area, no delimitation nor fadingproblems. It meets European standard "ROHS-WEEE",has been certificated by SGS with heavy metal content test.

***Specifications
(1) Appearance: light yellow emulsion
(2) Ingredient: waterborne Polyurethane Resin
(3) Viscosity: 8000-15000mPa.s (25'C)
(4) PH value: 6.0-8.0

***Usage recommendation
(1) This glue can be used directly, or dilute by a small ratio of water if too thick
(2) Apply the glue on the gluing position by busting, press and bond the two surfaces together.
(3) Based on different paper and environment conditions, test in advance to decide the quantity of glue to be applied and the time to press.

***Notice
(1) Keep pressing for at least 15 minutes afterthe substrates bonded together. 12 hours later thebond reaches the highest strength.
(2) If the glue on substrate goesdry after long time，a second glue-brushing is needed.
(3) Clean up glue out of bonding area when pressing by wet cloth.
(4) Glue in drum and new-glued boxes hold avoid frozen in cold winter.
(5) This product should be stored in shady, cool and dry places, where temperature keeps no lowerthan 5'C.
(6) Under normalatmospheric temperature，shelf life is 6 months .Useup during its shelf life.
(7) All the data above areacquired in the laboratory. They can only be used as reference in practical application. Because the paper, printing ink and process are different, the data can bedifferent. Customer needs to test before put into use and decide the applicability for himself.
